ABOUT
This podcast is hosted by Rey and Dee. They were both born and raised in the Philippines, then moved to Singapore where they became colleagues in corporate finance.
They have been Overseas Filipino Workers for over a decade. If you’re interested in their origin story, listen to Episode 4: Is the OFW Life Worth It?
Rey moved to Japan in 2016. It was his childhood dream to be a radio announcer, and this podcast is kind of his way of achieving that.
Dee moved to Hong Kong in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic. She has a contagious laugh and a creative mind.
They are both often described by friends as enthusiastic storytellers, so they thought a podcast was a good medium for them to spread their funny and insightful conversations. They aim to answer questions using their own experiences as Filipinos and do not claim to be experts.
New episodes drop every other Saturday.
